This my friends is REAL protein.
Goddamn …people really get offensive and start arguing so quick on youtube … chill … I`ll probably get some shit now for my english
Thank you. This is something that was explained poorly in my book, but only 52 seconds were needed to make it clear to me.
@kevinmelvillesimpson Yeah you’re right and also it isn’t your business my life. You know nothing of me to be talking that way about my life and I do not live W/ excuses. I see that you are the arrogant who believe he’s superior than others, better educated and most respectful man. You are wrong and have some kind of issues. Go get help and don’t reply me. I’m done with you. “Respect if you want respect”
@RichtoffenRoach – It was you young man, who began bothering me, adding your two cents worth, arrogantly and vulgarly commenting on what was not your business to begin with. My thoughts and opinion initially had absolutely nothing to do with you, nor was it your business; now, who is really in the wrong here? Now you can learn from my lecture, seeing it was none of your business in the first place or continue on the path you are on and live by excuses rest of your life. PS…you are forgiven!
@kevinmelvillesimpson Thank you for the lecture! Now stop bothering me. P.S. You still do not grasp the wrong you’re doing
@RichtoffenRoach – Actually Rich, as a life coach, who works mostly with young adults and late teens, I must confess I am simply baffled at your insecurity; via the language and attack methods you use…a definite demonstration of one who, deep down, does not like the person who is looking back at themselves in the mirror. Hint! Drop the childish insults and name calling, focus on what you can be and not on what you think you may be missing or simply change courses; it really is OK to do so.
@kevinmelvillesimpson Look guy. I don’t know what’s with the superiority-complex but you are a pathetic fool. Got nothing better to do, bastard? Supreme mATURE, “KNOW IT ALL” stranger, stop bothering people and spreading your lack of maturity and intellect on proteins and molecules video like you did on a lecture about organic molecules before, remember? You are a waste, good luck, pathetic fool….lol
@RichtoffenRoach – Yes oh mature one…of course I will…lol. It’s a toss up between you and johnosandra who is the sharpest with the vocabulary; you may have him beat. To your success Rich…down boy, down.
@kevinmelvillesimpson You again? Get the fuck out!
@RichtoffenRoach – As I have mentioned in articles many times, if this is what we see and hear now from our future leaders, we have much to fear; pull up your socks young man and get a grip.
@kevinmelvillesimpson People who loose an argument change the subject to insult about grammar like your or you’re. That doesn’t make anyone dumb, stupid fuck.
very informative..really helpful for my class..
Amazing. This is an informative and comprehensive video clip. Kudos.
This helped me soooooooo much, it explained it way better than the book did.
primary – individual amino acids
secondary – sequence of amino acids (linear)
tertiary – the 3-d formation of amino acid chains once they have formed their shape/folded, e.g. the active site of an enzyme is seen in the tertiary structure.
quaternary – the interactions of one amino acid chain to others in the vicinity.
Fake and gay!
@noosha7sm 52 second video instead of reading the textbook? win
Teacher: “What is the definition of a protein?’
Student: “A protein is something that is made up of mean old acids.”
This shows very nice video…
This explained to me in less than a minute than my mcat book in a whole freaking chapter.
@kevinmelvillesimpson and Evolution does have evidences scientist dont just tell it happens unless theres something to support it like fossils !
@kevinmelvillesimpson y the hell do u keep correcting his/her spelling, it doesnt matter as long we’re not in skl and act like an adult u seem dumb RLY dumb. and dont correct any of my spellings dont act like u knw everything bout English when u dont even beleive in Evolution.
omg so helpful thanks heaps koz i have exam and couldn’t afford to go through reading my textbook
@johnosandra – It’s a toss up who changes their story most often, the evolutionists or the Muslims. All great people, with great minds, but for some unknown reason, neither can read the writing on the wall…baffling really! Both, offering the world nothing more than farraginous babbling with nothing to support their case, where 1+1 = anything but 2. Good night young man. PS…remember it’s ‘you’re’ not your.
@TonyoStaycee
YEah!
MusclesMaximizer.info
is one of the best gain muscle program in
the entire internet products. I also like the
way Kyle Leon customized the program
which made me use extensive data regarding
my unique body shape and this is definitely
the most customized nutrition and exercise
program ive tried so far.
RIP Steve. I miss ya buddy.
@lifeshort Exactly! Pretty sure a chicken breast wont be slowly digested over 6-8 hours!
@tr4pz123 Thanks for exercise 101 intro!
i go through extreme amounts of anaerobic exercise killing inferior species to rip off their muscles and cook them in a pot and eat them
@pyk420biatch your body is an energy efficient machine. If it doesn’t have the need to pack on muscle, the food you eat will just be stored as fat. What happens when you workout is that you place stress on your muscles and create micro tears in the fibers and as an adaptive response, your body breaks down the old fibers in order to construct denser, more stronger fibers so that it is ready to take on the next workout.
Great advice and the truth
everyone always says natural foods are better, but how can a student afford that much protein a day if hes doing heavy workouts? the powder is the cheaper alternative.
@bigboy6969100 16-20 grams a bit more or less.
@InspctrClouseau YES! YOUR USING IT IT AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE USED SUPPLEMENTARY!
(p.s not being sarcastic)
@BodyPerformanceTV LOL eating doesnt cause muscles to grow? Muscles dont grow in the gym! If you lift weights for hours a day and eat shit food you arent going to grow.
hey steve, how about right after a workout? don’t you need to take a FAST digesting protein to prevent your body from going into a catabolic state?
How much protein does a hamburger have
@FallenGod99 He’s talking bollocks. Take a slow digesting protein (like casein) before bed to get you through the night, otherwise just use whey.
Cant you just take SLOW digesting protein? in powder form?
THis guy is a moron
@c0c0456 Absolutely not. What I would like to emphasize that lean muscle will make you look leaner and more toned. God bless.
Protein is just half of the equation. Carbs are just as important if you want to gain size, Don’t have the carb intake and you’ll lose weight quick. Meat is the best protein source because it has a full amino acid balance, like he said, it’s muscle. Other foods like peanut butter have to be mixed with foods such as bread in order to see the full range of amino acids in them. And whey protein is helpful before and after your workout. as well as simple carbs from fruits. Skim milk and bananas.
@Lilbean432 Yes
I look at protein powder as more of a convenience thing. Case in point: I workout after work and like to take a scoop of whey with me so I can drink it when I get done with my routine. Then when I get home, I’ll have some cottage cheese or something that takes a while to digest in the body, so there’s protein in my system while I sleep. I used to fall into the whole, drink 3 shakes per day with 2 scoops each gimmick, but not anymore.
ever head of casein protein? stays in the body 6-8 hours . perfekt for the night.
wait im 15 years old can i still take this?
@PFSMccreath You’re both right technically speaking. I agree with Kudgy5′s statement actually. Both should be consumed for optimal growth. It’s a supplement not a substitute. Also, your statement would have more ground if you followed up with a second bit of info after starting with “Firstly,” but you do you.
@aussiery OH for God sake NO! Don’t eat Lindsay Lohan! That meat (if any) is poisonous!
What about casein protein dosent that stay in the body long too?
